3.1 Applied range
It is applied for winding and blend doubling of different kinds of yarn, such as cotton, woolen , polyester ,rayon , spandex and etc. According to requirement configuration , 2or 3 plied yarns can be doubled with spandex on the cylinder tube..
3.2 Yarn doubling process
Put the base yarn on the yarn seat below the machine, yarn thread through ring of machine body, via panel yarn guide parts into tension device ,then pass yarn detector ---yarn cutter—hole of porcelain parts—head of yarn guide ,at last winding cross on the bobbin. If do with spandex, put spandex in the dedication fixed axis , pass from roller and yarn detector , blend with other yarns on the yarn cutter.
3.3 Machine basic structure
Machine is compose of three function parts
·Motive power parts
Contain frequency converter , center computer control , length measure controller for each spindle, electrical control box, operation element/executive component
·Doubling structure division
Machine is single side working structure, adopt metal plate structure , each section is compose of 4 combine structure units
· Driving parts
Machine is single spindle individual drive , via belt pass to cam box and take-up axis of friction drum , take-up axis drive the spandex device according direct ratio at the same time.
3.4 Doubling unit structure
3.4-1 Yarn tension device
Adopt add weight type of tension method, according to different yarns, adjust the yarn tension by add or reduce pressure.
3.4-2 Automatic measuring equipment brake yarn
Adopt photoelectricity and lever-type yarn detector , when the yarn brake, send the signal to yarn cutter, cut another no brake yarn , and send signal to auto-off motor revolving.
3.4-3 Spandex transporter (machine assembling device)
From take-up axis direct ratio driving to spandex unwinding center axis, by synchromesh gear of 5 grades draw ratio and variable of unwinding center axis, according different requirements adjust the needed draw ratio, draw ratio: 3,3.25,3.5,3.75,4
3.4-4 Over -feed device
Over-feed device and take-up axis adopted pulley driving and run in synchronism .install a over-feed rate fine turning on each over-feed wheel, there are 5 grades over-feed rate on the fine turning wheel , adjust by belt. 5%,10%,15%,20% in turn , make proper adjustment according to different requirements.
3.4-5 Air pocket nozzle
Air pocket installed between the two over-feed, installation rack of nozzle designed by our company, nozzle purchased and matched by user according to their requirement, meanwhile installed air course
3.4-6 Bobbin creel
Bobbin creel is used for bearing and return pressure of take-up bobbin, use cylinder tube
3.5 Cam box
Cam box is whole closed structure, via cam driving slider and yarn guide traverse, to finish yarn shaping.
