3.2-1 Two-for-one twist system
Yarn will plus two twists after the spindle turn a circle, the first twist is between the yarn tension device and twisting plate yarn exit; the second twist is between the twisting plate exit and balloon yarn guide, so if the spindle RPM 5000, the yarn will produce 5000 × 2 = 10000 twist.
3.2-2 Typed and heated system
The twisting yarn will change the physical structure after heated in the heating box to prevent the yarn hooped after two-for-one twist.
The temperature of heated box can be adjusted from 50ºC to 250ºC, it is set by the touch screen which controls the computer, the error is from 1 ºC to 3ºC. You can not only set different temperatures in each single set, also can set uniform temperature. Every two spindles have installed high sensitivity temperature sensor, and it has connected to the head of the computer and displays in the electronic touch screen display, you can see the actual temperature in every position. If the heating pipes have problems or the temperature has deviations, the display screen can show immediately, and the clam light in head of the machine will blink.(In the early time after turning on the machine, the calm will blink when the temperature does not reach the setting range, and it will turn off automatically when reaches the setting temperature.)
The machine has installed false twist and stretching spindle, which driven by an independent motor and apron belt. Slack the false twist spindle, the false twist wheel will press the apron belt and driven by it because of the function of spring. The false twist spindle will drive the false twist needle which adsorb tightly to run in high speed.
The twisting yarn will thread the top of the false twist needle(the yarn is needed to coil 360º while thread through the false twist needle, S twist—clockwise, Z twist—anti-clockwise.)
As the needle runs in high speed, the yarn is strongly distorted while threading through the top of the false twist needle, thus the rectilineal fibre becomes to a coil-like structure. So the yarn will have springiness.
3.3 Path of yarn
Yarn feeding bobbin is put on the fixed yarn pot in the spindle, it will be released by yarn-reversal device or release by itself, and then it come into the center hole of the rotating spindle through the tension device, it will come into the twist plate after turning 90º, then it will deflect through the storage plate to the air circle yarn guide to form the balloon. The height of balloon is confirmed by the position of the balloon yarn guide. After the yarn thread through the balloon yarn guide, it will arrive at the over feed roller through the idler wheel , then it will come into the yarn inlet below the electric heating box through the idler wheel. The yarn will come inti the false twist device after typing in the heating box, then it coils a balloon after threading though the top of the false twist needle(S or Z), then the yarn will send to the second over feed roller to the yarn head then to the yarn guide, at last, it will winding across in the bobbin which is driven by the friction wheel.
3.4 The basic structure of the machine
The machine consists of three functional components:
3.4-1 Part of the motivation
Including: electromotor, frequency converter, electrical control box, operating components, display apparatus.
3.4-2 Part of two-for-one twist structure
The working structure of machine on both sides is symmetrical, and machine is adopted by metal plate structure, each node is formed by several two-for-one twist structures.
3.4-3 Part of the drive
Electromotor transfers the electricity to spindles and driving box through the apron belt( the driving box is driven by single electric motor). The driving box drives the take-up device, over feed roller and traverse yarn guide device at the same time.
3.4-4 Part of heating box typed
The two-for-one twist yarn will typed after coming through the heating box.
3.4-5 Part of false twist
The two-for-one twist typed yarn will pass through the high speed rotational false twist needle in the false twist device, then becomes stretching twist yarn.
3.4-6 Part of the take-up
The friction roller will drive the winding bobbin to achieve winding.
3.5 Structure of two-for-one twist unit
3.5-1 Spindle brake device
It stops the spindle to rotate by using the combination of separate spindle and brake slice.
3.5-2 Two-for-one twist spindle
·Spindle unit: The machine is collocated with manual yarn spindle.
·Fixed yarn pot can lay the over feed bobbin.
·The two-for-one twist plate can reserve yarn and oriented: The reserve area in the twist plate can store certain yarn to balance the tension changes when the yarn unreel the bobbin.
Note: The spindle is ban to rotate after the yarn pot is offloading, if not, the life of yarn pot will be reduced and the yarn will be polluted.
·Tension device:It is made up of tension pipe and tension steel ball, the tension device can adjust yarn's tension and control the capacity of reserve yarn in the twist plate. The steel ball is divided into 4 types:diameterφ6.35,φ7.1,φ7.9 and φ9.5;Every spindle has 4steel balls of each type, you can use one or several balls according to different kinds of yarn and different conditions.
